We reschedule at no charge, full stop. Wind, rain, or flat light means the footage won't meet our standard, so we'd rather move the flight than deliver something mediocre. Deposits are fully refundable on weather holds.

You do. Every project is delivered with a full commercial-use license, so you can run the footage in ads, listings, social, and broadcast without extra fees. We keep archival copies for two years in case you ever need re-exports.
Happily. Beyond our standard service area we add a travel fee based on mileage and any overnight stays. Mention your location in the inquiry and we'll include travel costs in the quote — no surprises later.
