Before You Book
We monitor wind, precipitation, and visibility right up to flight time. If conditions aren't safe — or won't produce the shot you're paying for — we move to your backup date or reschedule at no charge. Your deposit is never forfeited to weather.
Usually, yes. Most controlled airspace around regional airports allows drone operations with LAANC authorization, which we can typically secure same-day. Flag it in the notes and we'll confirm before your date is locked in.
One week out is comfortable for most shoots. Weddings and twilight real estate slots book 3–4 weeks ahead in peak season. If you're in a pinch, call us — we hold a few rush slots each week.
Not necessarily. For real estate, land, and construction shoots, many clients just arrange access and receive the footage 48 hours later. For events and brand work, we recommend a point of contact on site to sign off on key shots.
Edited, color-graded video in horizontal and vertical formats, plus high-resolution stills where included in your package. Everything is delivered via a private download link and licensed for full commercial use — yours to keep forever.
Absolutely. Bookings can be upgraded any time before the flight, and downgraded up to 72 hours prior. We'd rather adjust the plan than have you pay for coverage you don't need.
